Return Policy

We do accept returns at Lazy Franks, given that you meet the eligibility criteria below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a return is required due to a faulty or incorrect item

Damages and issues

We operate a strict quality control process at Lazy Franks to ensure that each item is in pristine condition before sale. If however, there are any issues we apologise and without hesitation we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you. Please contact us at contact@lazyfranks.com.au with your name, order number and the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours to organise an exchange.

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully. 

Starting a return

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lazyfranks.com.au. Please contact us with your name, order number and the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure the return is approved by our support team before sending it back. 

When will my return be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
